Comment travailler cette th\u00e9matique ?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Objectifs au terme de cette formation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Cerner le cadre l\u00e9gal de la th\u00e9matique.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Comprendre les enjeux organisationnels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Transformer \u00ab VRAS &#8211; probl\u00e8mes \u00bb en \u00ab VRAS \u2013 moteur de vie \u00bb et, dans ce cadre :<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">envisager un accompagnement qui r\u00e9ponde le mieux possible \u00e0 ces besoins et d\u00e9sirs ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">mieux vivre les interactions entre les personnes accompagn\u00e9es, les parents, les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, le cadre institutionnel, le contexte de vie socio-culturel, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">mieux comprendre les besoins, d\u00e9crypter une demande, un d\u00e9sir en tentant de projeter le moins possible ses valeurs, besoins, d\u00e9sirs et repr\u00e9sentations propres.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Contenu de la formation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Analyse des diverses dispositions l\u00e9gales directement applicables sur le terrain (notion de respect, choix, responsabilit\u00e9, consentement,\u2026)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Au fil de ces axes, nous abordons des questions telles que :<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">En quoi est-ce que la sexualit\u00e9 reste une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de vie tout au long de l\u2019existence, de la naissance jusque dans la vieillesse ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Pourquoi aborder la sexualit\u00e9 dans cet espace particulier qu\u2019est celui de l\u2019accompagnement des personnes en situation de handicap, \u00e2g\u00e9es ou en souffrance psychique ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Quelle attitude aborder quand on est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des comportements d\u00e9rangeants ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Quelle attitude adopter face aux r\u00e9sistances de l\u2019entourage ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Le bien-\u00eatre sexuel, c\u2019est quoi ?
