elles sont construites pour r\u00e9pondre aux demandes sp\u00e9cifiques d\u2019un public cible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Lorsqu\u2019une institution, une organisation ou un groupe de professionnels souhaite b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une formation sur mesure, un processus de consultation et de co-construction est d\u00e9ploy\u00e9. Les formateurs ou les experts en formation travaillent en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les responsables des demandeurs pour comprendre leurs besoins, leurs objectifs et leurs contraintes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Sur la base de ces informations, les formateurs et l\u2019\u00e9quipe du CeREF Education con\u00e7oivent un programme de formation personnalis\u00e9 qui r\u00e9pond aux besoins identifi\u00e9s.
