Les formateurs ou les experts en formation travaillent en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les responsables des demandeurs pour comprendre leurs besoins, leurs objectifs et leurs contraintes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Sur la base de ces informations, les formateurs et l\u2019\u00e9quipe du CeREF Education con\u00e7oivent un programme de formation personnalis\u00e9 qui r\u00e9pond aux besoins identifi\u00e9s. Ces formations offrent un contenu personnalis\u00e9 et une approche p\u00e9dagogique adapt\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Elles peuvent \u00eatre organis\u00e9es au sein de votre institution ou dans nos locaux.
